The Modern Process

Our Modern approach to appraisals simplifies the process for our clients so you can be assured you are getting a professional service you can trust.


1)  Consultation

The process  begins with an initial conversation to determine your goals and objectives.  This quick and easy first step prepares us with the information we need to make appropriate decisions regarding our next steps.

2)  Inspection

We then schedule an on-site inspection to determine the scope of work and develop a plan of action.  These quick and easy first steps are done without cost or obligation and position us to develop a plan that will achieve your goals and objectives.

3)  Research

We will examine the items for condition, marks/makers, characteristics and dimensions.  We will do the appropriate research using a number of exclusive professional databases, our network of colleagues, as well as our experience to identify and value property in the appropriate markets. 

4)  Report

The final document will serve as a “Qualified Appraisal” per IRS guidelines and adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), The International Society of Appraisers (ISA) Code of Ethics, and IRS tax codes and regulations.
